Got any warehouse workers slacking off off or napping on the job? Well, this robot from Seegrid will whip them into shape.
The GT3 robot uses no lasers, wires or magnetic tape as it cruises around the warehouse. Instead, the robot creates a 3 dimensional grid of it’s environment to navigate.
This bad boy can handle up to 3,000 lbs and generally increases productivity by about 15%. The GT3 is available now for the bargain price of $45,000. Seegrid will also be unveiling the GP8 soon. This forklift style robot will be able to handle 8,000 lbs.
