iRobot Negotiator

iRobot has just introduced another new model called the Negotiator for public safety professionals.
The robot is designed for search and rescue, bomb identification, surveillance and hazardous material detection.
The Negotiator is similar to the Packbot, but will cost only $15,000 instead of $100,000. Additional add ons may bump the price to around $20,000. This bad boy is also operated via a joystick and can travel at up to 3.1 MPH. I wonder if the Negotiator is the result of winning the lawsuit against Robotic FX?
