Pingo – Your Robotic Desktop Companion

ARIMAZ_FeaturesPingo is a robotic penquin that lives on your desktop from a Swiss company called Arimaz.  He gives you Facebook updates and can even read you the news.  Below is the complete list of things Pingo can do.

  • Announces emails and messages from friends
  • Reads aloud up-to-the minute news, weather and markets via RSS
  • Responds to your voice commands
  • Zooms, roams, rolls around your desk
  • Interacts with other Pingo owners through our Facebook app
  • Connects you to your favorite websites even when the browser is off

Pingo retails for about $145 US and can be found at the Arimaz store.

Break Dancing Robot

Manio GoManio Go has just been released in Japan.

The robot has some fancy moves, including spinning on his head.

This 34 cm tall break dancing robot will be going for around $2000 this holiday season in Japan.
