Black Ox by Vstone
Black Ox by Japanese company Vstone is impressive. Complete with red LED eyes and 20 movable points this robot stands 1.5 feet tall.

No price or release date yet, but this anime character robot will probably be released in Japan first.
Update – Black Ox is coming this September at a whopping price of about $7,400. Only 30 are being made and already 15 have been pre ordered.
