RoboDynamics Unveils Telepresence Platform

RoboDynamics has revealed that their robot TiLR (Telepresence internet connected Low cost Robot) will be installed at the X Prize Foundation headquarters in California for a test drive.

The robot sports a run time of 8 hours, 8G hard drive, microphone, Canon VC-C50iR camera, 8″ LCD touchscreen.

We would assume that using it is kind of like video conferencing, but with the ability to move around.

Sounds a lot like the robot for doctors by In Touch Health.
